# Cost & License Management

## Rierino Platform Licensing

Rierino platform uses a fixed annual license fee model, which includes support and access to latest platform upgrades. The fee depends on the number and complexity of modules deployed. For more details on pricing applicable to your scenario, please contact <hello@rierino.com>.

{% hint style="info" %}
A valid Rierino license grants your client credentials access to our artifacts on an ongoing basis, which is automatically used during our helm chart deployments. Hence, you do not need to maintain / replace license files or keys upon renewal of your annual licensing process.
{% endhint %}

## Additional Costs

In addition to our licensing, deployment of our platform on a cloud provider would incur the following costs:

* Kubernetes cluster, node and network traffic fees (such as AWS EKS, ECS & ELB fees)
* Marketplace / managed service fees for external systems (MongoDB, Kafka, Keycloak as well as any optional system such as Redis, Elasticsearch based on modules added)

{% hint style="info" %}
You can limit your infrastructure costs using your cloud provider's service limits, depending on your scalability and performance requirements.
{% endhint %}
